During Your Visit

When visiting the clinic, it is recommended to bring the following documents (if available):

Outpatient records from a previous eye specialist examination
Discharge summaries and all tests you have, including specialized tests, imaging, etc.
Other relevant medical documentation
Your prescription glasses, if you wear them

Scheduling an Appointment

When scheduling an appointment, it is important to indicate whether you have additional health insurance and to provide the name of your insurance company.

*Important – Some insurance companies require prior notification before your examination. See below for information about the companies we work with and their requirements.

You can schedule an appointment by calling 0700 89 003 or 0883 511 121. If all lines are busy, you have the option to request a callback – we strive to return your call within one hour.

Online

You can book an appointment for various types of initial examinations directly through our website. *For follow-up examinations or procedures, appointments must be scheduled by phone.

Fill out the contact form on our website, and one of our staff members will get in touch with you.

Referral Information

Your primary care physician must issue a referral for an examination by a specialist ophthalmologist. The referral can be used within 30 calendar days from the date of issuance.

If you have a referral, you can schedule an appointment through our online booking system or by calling us at 0700 89 003 or 088 351 1121.

Voluntary Health Insurance Funds

Examinations covered by the fund are carried out in both medical facilities.

*You must familiarize yourself in advance with the conditions of the insurance company and carry the physical or electronic fund card.
