Upon Arrival
Maintaining hygiene is extremely important to us. Upon entering, please wear the shoe covers provided at the entrance. You will need to register at the reception with your ID card and insurance card if your visit is covered by a fund. A resident doctor or nurse will accompany you to your ophthalmologist and perform the preliminary tests required for your examination.
Consultation and Diagnostics
During your examination, if additional tests are needed, the doctor will arrange for them to be performed immediately, with an additional fee if applicable. You will be assisted by a specialist while undergoing the tests. Afterward, you will return to the doctor’s office to discuss the results and necessary measures.
If a surgical procedure is required, you will be fully informed about its nature, process, and postoperative recovery. A surgical team will be assigned, and you will choose the date and time for the operation. Upon leaving the clinic, you will receive written instructions for postoperative care at home, along with the schedule for mandatory follow-up appointments.
