Another recognition for its high medical standards and investments in modern ophthalmology has been awarded to the team of VISION Eye Hospital.
VISION Eye Hospital received the prestigious award for “Investment in Quality and High Standards of Medical Care” during the annual Medical Awards organized by Vip Communication and Global Media. At the distinguished ceremony, representatives of Bulgaria’s medical, academic, and municipal communities honored the leaders in healthcare and medicine.
The award is a recognition of the professionalism of the entire VISION team, its continuous investment in state-of-the-art medical equipment, and its commitment to providing the most advanced treatments and the highest quality patient care.

A further source of pride was the individual distinction awarded to Dr. Anna Gancheva, who received the prize for “Innovative Approach to Treatment and Patient Care.”
Dr. Gancheva is a well-established name in the field of ophthalmology and one of Bulgaria’s leading specialists. Her professional expertise encompasses the diagnosis and treatment of some of the most serious and socially significant eye diseases. Throughout her practice, she combines outstanding professionalism, precision, and a personalized approach to every patient.
She is among the pioneers in the treatment of Dry Eye Syndrome using IPL therapy and one of the few physicians in Bulgaria who treat patients with dry age-related macular degeneration using the latest available therapies.
